Honestly, if you haven't had any problems w/ sleeping so far, I don't think you really would. So taking it later might be a good idea. Try starting out w/ taking it @like 7:30 since you are taking it @ 7now. Then if that doesn't seem much different, up it another half hour.
Also,you may just need to eat a bit more. What types of things and how much of it are you eating through out the day and for dinner? I ask because when I first started taking Phen, I wasn't eating enough of the right types of things to keep me from being hungry. Keep me posted and let me know how things are going.
