26 days in the challenge for me (July 5-July31).
My exercise minute goal is going to be 1400 minutes... I'm getting in gear for my hubby's return from Iraq so I want to kick it into high gear.... really really wanna shave off 20-25 more pounds in the next 10 weeks....
My weight loss goal is going to be 7 pounds (dunno if it's possible but I'm gonna try my best!).
