I'm new to this site and the magic pill (white w/blue specs 37.5)
started June 28th 2006 @ 180
Now I'm at 166 
my goal is 130 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-)
I have been reading up on the site...I noticed people saying that u can only stay on it for a couple weeks than have to get off ...Why... what would happen if u just stay on it until u reach your goal weight??? Anybody done it?
