CCbasket IS NOT SHIPPING RIGHT NOW! You will need to call your credit card company and request a charge back. Tell them exactly what's going on. Be very honest w/ them and tell them everything that you've done (i.e. email's, phone call's...etc...)
Right now it looks like CCBAsket will not be shipping anything for a long time if at all. I'm sorry that you all are having problems and just now hearing about this.
