Alright ladies who don't excersize or haven't finished a goal yet--- August will be our month!!!! We have a few weeks to come up with a realistic, doable goal. We can do it!
This is my rough draft goal, but... I want to excersize at least 5 days of the week. I don't care what 5 days- I don't care what I do...just get out of my excuse filled reasons for not doing it- AND DO IT!
