Ann- Girl I am SOOO w/ YOU! Let's get it started!
I think my goal will be to workout in some way, shape or form, for no less than one hour a day 5 days a week as well. I know if I take it easy and go slow, that I can do it. Maybe more, if I don't fall over before hand LMAO And I'm aiming for 6-8lbs for the month...gone that is. Surely to goodness I can do that much.
That's alot, but I"m going to try my best to do it...here's hoping!
