My brother in law has been going to a diet doctor in Houston, TX and has been given this combo. In 1 month he lost 23 lbs. I believe the reason the combo was discontinued due to the fact it could cause heart damage in some patients. He goes to this doctor once a month and is given an EKG at each session.
