OK so since this is my very first challenge that I'm doing, I'm setting my goals kinda low. Just to make sure that I hit them and don't get discouraged. If I pass them up...YAY ME! LOL SO here they are...

Exercise minutes: 1000
Pounds to lose: 8lbs

I'm ready to start...just 2 days WOOHOO
