Okay, July Challenge I took it easy on myself b/c it was my first, but now my cherry has been popped and I am steppin it up:
EXERCISE MIN: 500 treadmill (walking/running (haha), (i know the same but I am including a little something extra for the upper body this month)
20x on my strength training ball (Core Secrets Upper Body) or Advanced Aerobic Striptease DVD...
CALORIES: 1500 each day MAX
LBS TO LOSE: 7lbs
