HI I HAVE BEEN ON PHENTERMINE 4 A WEEK NOW. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A WEIGHT LOSS BUNDDY ALSO. I CNT REALLY SAY WHAT U SHOULD EAT I HAVE JUST BEEN WATCHING THE PORTION OF WHAT I EAT AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, SO FAR I HAVE LOST 8 POUNDS. I GO 2 THE GYM TWO TO THREE TIMES A WEEK I STARTED LAST WEEK I DO PILATES AND A STEP WRKOUT. MY GOAL IS 20 TO 30 POUNDS. TODAY WHAT I ATE WAS A PEACH AND DRANK A BOTTLE IN A HALF OF WATER
