When I stopped breast feeding, I had total hot flashes.
On phentermine, I get super hot too, no energy, but I can control my appetite. Dry mouth, I used to get headaches, but then I up'd my water. Also used to clench my jaw, but I just chew a little gum and that takes care of it. I've lost 30 pounds in 3 months, so i'm pretty happy!
If you feel like there is something fishy going on with your heart, stop taking them immediately! Losing weight isn't worth a heart attack! Are you on any other meds?
