i amso sorry i have not been on in a while i posted a little yesterday but everything is just getting normal again. Yes i have awesome pics ill try to post today or tommorow.Thankfully i have 1 location here in town that does sell the ephedra in its same dose as before( most sites say it is but it is half the dose i was on w/ metabalife was 35mgs i took 2 morning 2 night. That was originally why i started the phen was it was not available yet again.A friend told me about phen, i tried it and it was asgood as the ephedra was i just built a tollarence to it on like week 3 and have ever since so i cycle between the two about every 3 to 4 weeks . Im currently 137 but let me tell you its hard i have not been able to stop meds to sustain yet i think im too scared to try. I never want to be there again thats for sure.
