I have had a lot of anxiety too. It almost feels like I can't take a deep breath sometimes. I do believe that my anxiety is improving though, especially since I quit caffeine.
Constipation is another big problem of mine. I have found that drinking lots of water helps. I have also found that taking milk of magnesia helps. Try taking a small amount, like one tablespoon, every morning. I have read on the internet that it is safe and non-habit forming because it is not a stimulant laxative.
