Today made it one week since I started Phentermine 30mg. I have been walking/jogging for an hour everymorning before Nursing school and I have also been calorie counting like a mad woman! I have been dying to jump on a scale but I am making myself only do it once a week, which is Saturdays. So, here is the big news! ****This week I have lost 5 lbs!**** I am every happy with my loss so far, I only hope to stay on this track! WHOOHOO!!! GO ME!
