 Good Morning, IslandWoman! What a great name!
I used 5-HTP my first month and noticed nothing different when I stopped them. At Wal*Mart they only carried 50 mg. in stock so that is what I used. I have read in the Tolerance Report that it is good and helps boost the phentermine. I did a little research on it before I took it and realized that a higher dose was recommended, but I was a bit guarded and wanted to start slowly. I decided not to buy it again.
