Ok I copied and pasted it and put it in the phen support group.
Im still getting acquainted with the site still, slowly but surely it will come lol. Ive been on them now almost a week, it will be a week on monday and I weigh in the morning and am 183-185 which is 3 to 5 lbs lost but then at night im back up to 188-190 so im not sure which one is right? I did read a website off a weight loss site that said take ur weight b4 breakfast in the morning and thats what u go by so if thats the case ive lost 3 to 5 lbs lol. Im gonna readjust my diet to the cabbage soup diet and keep on with my walks and cardio and hopefully they will come off better. I took the measurements of my body too a day after I started so even if I dont see it on the scale maybe it will be there with the tape. Anyways, thank you for helpin me out I appreciate it. I will make sure and post my progress with the new diet.
