I have been taking 5htp fp about a month now. I started taking after a member told me about it, so I read up on it.
The reason I decided to take it was because what it does for stress and anxiety so it was never because of Phen. I have not noticed any difference on the affect that is has on Phen but it does help me a great deal with the stress and anxiety that I sometimes experience.
