'Morning, Blue! Step on the scale after you winky-tink and before you eat or drink in the morning. Don't weigh at other times because what you eat and temporarily retain can show up as several pounds a day. YIKES! Weigh at least once a week but not too often because it can be discouraging. Most folks blame themselves for a daily weight fluctuation and never consider the 3 pound meal they ate for dinner last night!
Also, Hon, don't move the scale around. On rugs and on hardwoods, your weight will be different.
