For sure! Perserverence and adaptation is the key. the problem is most of us get stuck in a rut in our daily lives. You may be able to eat right for a few days but then you look in the mirror or step onto the scale and nothing has changed and then you slip back into your old habits. I use phen to A.) get rapid results and B.) temporarily change the chemistry that takes place in my brain when I see a desired food. My intention is to remember what I would think when I see a desirable food on phen and apply it to myself when I am done taking phen. Add some knowlege on portion control and necessary nutrient intake and essentially what I am doing is resetting my weight and my eating habits at the same time. and hopefully all by christmas. The effects of phentermine are making me feel very tweaked. It feels like what I would image speed or coke to feel. I felt so shaky untill 7pm last night and I took my pill at 8am. I think I made the mistake of having coffee at school. from now on I will never mix phen with these three things alcohol, cafeine and fasting. these things I have found to accelerate the effect of phen and quite often negatively. keep fighting the good fight::eek:
