I have been doing well too! I have just enough energy and not overboard like the shakes or anything. My pulse is not racing. Blood pressure is staying down. I have been doing well with my calories and eating healthier foods. I have been really trying with the water. That is the hard part for me!
I had not even thought about the TOM thing. Ouch! I have a lot of problems with that too! I bloat a lot , esp. when I have not had one for months at a time sometimes! I have a lot of female problems also!
I am so glad to hear you are losing weight too! I have not been able to resist the scale either! This is my Day 4 (Sunday) and I have lost 7 pounds! WE are both doing well! Keep it up! I bet mine is water weight. I have been sweating sooo much the last couple of days! Probably bc my system is detoxing all of the caffeine! lol
