Hi. My doc originally gave me 30 mg. yellow capsules; however, they didn't do much, so I switched to the 37.5 white with blue specks -- worked like a charm. Was only on Phen for 40 days -- have been losing consistently now without the Phen -- needed a "jumpstart."
