Hi, Chigirl! Oh, yes; you can lose 90 pounds in 9 months, I am sure. That would take a lot of determination, though and consistent control. That IS possible with the boost phentermine gives you, though, and I think the more you have to lose, the faster you lose!:p
I am on crutches and had to find new ways to exercise, too. Several of the people here gave me great advice on isometric exercises and also everyday ways to exercise more. With working and nursing school, you will have to try to blend the exercising into each day's regular activities. Make yourself park as far away as you comfortably can from your work. While walking from your car, walk swiftly. If you find you are early to work, walk back to your car and back in again!
Every hour, do 30 squeezes of one of the muscle groups. Arms, squeezed toward your sides, your bottom muscles squeezed hard to a count of 5. Squeeze your calf muscles by doing tip-toes under the desk. Pull in your tummy...push your knees together, then apart...a little tiny bit done at the top of each hour adds up to...let's see...5 min. every awake hour adds up to over an hour of exercise before school!
Please start a journal under "Phentermine Support" so we can get to know each other!
