Your dr didn't advise you on how to take it??? Does it not say on the prescription bottle how to take it??? I have always heard to take it on an empty stomach & wait about an hour before eating anything. I have ALWAYS done it this way, & to me, it works great!!! That's what my bottle said to do, & I would recommend taking it this way!!! One day last week, I took my pill & then ate about 15 minutes later, (cuz I had no choice --- circumstances...) & I didn't feel like the pill did me ANY good the REST of the day!!! I'll NEVER do that again if I can help it!!!
