I (well my head) understands pounds and stones but KG confusse the heck out of me, I'l leave you a message later on, probably in a few hours before I go bed (its nearly 8pm here and I have a loong boring day ahead tomorrow)
For the first time in as long as I can remember Iv had 3 'meals' well eaten 3x today, feel so huuge, well I know I am but you know what I mean!
I felt so huuge when I was in the hairdressers earlier everyone in their must of been a size 10 max, I am a 26 for tops and 20-22 bottoms atm (uk sizing) it is crud.
