No offence Tampagirl but no wonder people would get strokes from phen I took 35mg I started taking one a day then two nothing happened even with diet and exersize every day
6 pills a day! my bottle said ONE TABLET DAILY.Thats the same with Lipo 6 it said take 3 a day for blah blah fat loss then it said take 6 a day for max fat loss.I would probably have my heart stop from that much caffiene. But I have found what works for me you can do what you want its your health.
