Well for the first time, I hit my goal last month. This month I need to bump up my exercise minutes from 600 to 850. I plan on going to the gym at least 3 times a week for 1 to 1 1/2 hours each time. I also plan on watching my food intake a little better. I want to lose 4 pounds because of turkey day, I'll work on 4 pounds this month instead of 5.
