Great advice, Sarah! Lilly, don't expect more than a human body is able to do. It sounds as if you are staying on track, eating healthy, counting calories and exercising.
Lea's right--your body WILL adjust. Seems there is a magic point where even we can just 'feel' thinner, but I don't know what that point is. For me, it was after about 30 lbs. and just that alone motivated me to keep on!
