Hi, Tiff~ DON'T GIVE UP!! Your replies are so RIGHT! Please check and see whether you are doing these things daily:

1. Read Ian Mason's writings. Extremely knowledgeable and our site administrator.
2. Read Ian Robertson's articles. He is also extremely savvy and a personal trainer available online for free to the members of The Weight Loss Club.
3. Determine now to write down every bite or drink you take in.
4. Count your calories. Do NOT go under 1,000 calories a day. If you do, you will throw your system into starvation mode and it will hold on to every pound you have.
5. Eat breakfast.
6. Try to eat about 200 calories every 2-3 hours and EVERY time you eat make sure you have a protein~meat, fish, skim milk, fat-free ice cream, cottage cheese and yogurts, nuts, beans, etc.
7. Add loads of vegetables of different types (lesser on the Sweet Peas, corn and strachy vegetables). No white potatoes, rice or anything less than whole grains.
8. Drink at least 100 ounces of plain old water every single day.
9. Do some form of exercising every day, even if all you can do is 5 minutes.
10. Post here EVERY day...it makes you accountable to someone, which is a HUGE help.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
