sara- I had a Dr. prescribe it for me a long time ago when I told him I didn't think the phentermine was helping me the way it used to. Instead of doubling the phentermine dosage he had me take 1 of each ( 1 30mg phen cap and 1 105mg phendimetrazine cap) It worked well.
