I have 1000 mg per gelcap and take 2 daily. I was told by the salesperson at GNC that the Tonalin CLA will assist with fat loss and help around the tummy area. Has anyone else used this and what were your results? Also how many mg do you take daily? Did you lose weight faster when adding Tonalin to your Phen?
