Its 4:30 am right now and i havent been able to fall asleep lately. I dunno if its just me or what. I vary my diet from about 600-2000 calories daily. I do not exercise. I do play very fast paced video games online for long periods of time (the ones moms hate where u run and shoot people). I seriously just dont know whats keeping me up this late. I take the phen around 11 AM assuming ill be awake till midnite-1am. But not 4.30! Is it me not exercising? cause i really hate doing it. Any helpful techniques?
