Dawn, I know it can be hard to find any trustworthy information! We have ALL been there; done that!

So many things mascarade as Phentermine. I personally haven't tried Phentramin yet but some members on this forum are using it with success. We all just want something that helps us feel satiated without eating too much!

The owner of this site is working on a new site that is for non-medicated weight loss, but as you can imagine, it is a tiresome and lengthy process.
In the meanwhile, we can all support each other in our fitness and healthy eating habits no matter if we are taking meds or not.
