Susan - what a wealth of information you are sweetie! I totally agree with everything you have to say. I have to admit though that up until now I have not counted calories but I'm going to start right now because I do think that I probably either over or underestimate and would like to be more on target in the future. I also totally agree NOT to stress about losing only a pound or even half pound a week as everyone is going to have high loss weight weeks and lower weight loss weeks and even some no weight or OMIGOD weight gains... It comes off if you are consistent and not giving in to the "I will never fit into those pants so what's the use" syndrome.
