While the concept seems logical but the reality of it is not i would think for most people. Besides what women in their right mind would want to cook a all out meal like that everyday in the AM... Not me that is for sure.
I have been counting calories which honestly I have NEVER done before and it seems to be working like a gem along with having my B, L, D and 2 snacks.. I am very happy with my results. It seems the beginning was a bit slow for me but now the weight seems to be coming off more rapidly. And of course I credit that to the weather. The weight seems to melt off my body during the spring/summer...the question is how do I mirror that for the Fall and winter months???
