Make sure you weigh in at the same time of day. In the morning when you get up. By the end of the day were still carrying around some waste.
Keep on going and make a shake or diet meal you can drink to start your day. You can break the bad habits. Write down on the fridge what you eat.
Put a post it note on the front door. EAT BREAKFAST even if its a diet bar or rice cake with a dab of peanut butter. Or a finger full if peanut butter.
