When I was getting just the B-12 injection I was getting them in my arm, and yes mine was also red. They would switch arms each time I got an injection. Now I am getting the Lipotropic injection with the B-12 my Dr. said this is to much fluid for the muscel in the arm and needs to be given in the hip. My B-12 burned when I receive it but the Lipotropic is more painful. Has anyone had any experiance doing the Lipotropic injections?
