Ok now that I am on a plateau that I am desperately

trying to beat (as can you see the desperation is hitting and taking contol) which is making me feel very frustrated and anxious. So before I double up on my phen (the thought has entered my mind more than twice this week) or start smoking again (to replace my foods like I use to do)

I thought I would ask about 5-HTP.

Are there any specific brands that are better than others? I would like to go out and get some this afternoon.
