Custom got busted on a technicality-
I read an article about it a few weeks ago. Apparently, Kentucky has more stringent stipulations about this kindof thing, and that's where they got themselves in trouble. The charge against them had nothing to do with how the prescription was obtained....it was due to the fact that there wasn't a legitimate phone number on the prescription bottles for the consumer to contact them if necessary. The fda seized nearly $11,000.00 worth of phentermine en route to Kentucky to shut them down based on the non-compliance of the stickers on the bottles. I had been wondering why they got away with it for so much longer than all the rest, but somehow the writing of prescriptions was legally legit-it was WHERE they were obtaining the medication from that caused them problems. Something about being a broker for an overseas pharmacy. That's why it was so cheap too.
