You know what you may be right. I was having egg beaters at least three times a week instead of my Special K and I was losing about 2 sometimes 3 lbs. a week. I think I am going to incorporate the eggbeaters again for my breakfast and see what happens.

It seems like you and I have the same body mix and metabolism... Thank you for bringing that to my attention.
