Ok, so I have decided to start a journal to help me stay on track this time. I have tried phen once b4 last july right after I had my 1st baby. I gained 58lbs with him due to pre-eclampsia (sp?) I went from 170 to 228 the day I went into labor. I lost 20lbs within the first week of having him. So when I started phen the first time I was 208.I was successfull at losing about 30lbs in time for my wedding in Oct. After that I started to get lazy and started putting the weight back on:( Well, Now I am ready to try again and keep it off this time.

  • I just turned 22 on July 29th.
  • I had my first baby June 9,2006.. A boy named Teagan
  • I married my soul mate (Matt) on Oct. 21, 2006.
  • I am in college studying Child Care
  • I hope to one day open my own Center.
  • I was skinny all my life until I got pregnant.
  • I am 6'2.. yep, I'm a giant
  • I live in the great state of Oklahoma.. I'm an Okie
  • I love the color pink.
  • I am a pretty smart person, but tend to lack common sense
  • I love to love and I am a great friend to anyone that will give me a chance.

Ok, enough about me. Now for my plan. Well, I started phen on July 24th and took it for 3 days and then got sick and was off until today. I took one this morning and got a big boost of energy and decided to clean my house like a crazy mad woman!! Oh, well now my house is SUPER clean..hehe. I really hope to lose about 30lbs by the end of Oct. My hubby is taking me to Vegas for our 1 year wedding anniv. and I want to look and feel great! So that leaves me about 2 1/2- 3 months to do it. I think its possible if I really buckle down and do what I say I am going to.

I have a crap load of work out stuff in my garage collecting dust. This weekend my goal is to clean and organize my garage, so on Monday I can start using the equipment to burn, baby burn!
I have a total gym thing( never been used and is brand new!) a stair stepper, a stationary bike( the one where its like low to the ground and your feet are in front of you) a pull up bar thing, used for pull-ups and such, and hmm what else.. I can't think of what else I have, but plenty of stuff to really get a good work out!

  • Work out 5 times a week for at least 1-2 hours.
  • Drink 8 glasses of water every day
  • Eat smaller portions and healthier foods
  • No junk food or Coke( soda)
  • Take Phen Everyday

Goal weight: 165-170
