Nylon.... I think the key phrase starting that weight breakdown was "the average woman".... not every woman. I know I gained 24 pounds with each boy and then 8 pounds with Katelin..... so I'm not really average either. lol
Gotta say that I'm part Puerto Rican and I didn't do this quarantine that it mentions... neither did anyone in my family.... even my grandmother who is 100% full blooded Puerto Rican born and raised in San Juan... but who knows.. maybe some do it still. We always got of the hospital and went anywhere and everywhere because babies will be exposed to germs.... why not do it early so they can have a strong immune system from the start?  Just my theory... it's worked well for our 3 kids.
