These turn out sooooo good every single time!! Timing is important though...this isn't one of those recipes that you can leave in alot longer... it WILL dry out!

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp paprika
salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbsp poultry seasoning (I use McCormick Original Chicken Seasoning)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
4 thick cut boneless pork chops

In a crock pot, mix together all ingredients. Stir together and then add pork chops. This can be cooked on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.

I serve it over rice.... I use a 50/50 mix of brown/white rice (hubby and I usually cut up our chops with a fork and stir them into the rice.... so yummy) but you can do it however you wish. Goes great with green beans!
