"The whole debate on ephedrine use when reviewed closely shows the consumers total disregard for the label warnings, drug interaction warnings and suggested dosage (min and max). In all these cases of loss of life due to ephidrine there was abuse ie overdosing, lack of water intake etc. So please dont be mislead by someone throwing out a blanket answer of, "it causes heart attacks" and "it's a bad, bad substance". These comment are only true when it is used irresponsibly and abused."
I agree with you 100%
The truth is, people just DON'T KNOW when it comes to these supplements. They read one thing after the other and then they think they're experts.
As a matter of fact, Ephedra is still legal - you can buy it in pharmacies. You just have to fill out a form when you do.
There's no BAN on it.
You can even buy it on the Internet.
The EphedrineP57 product in question is actually safe.
Just Look at the LABEL:
They tell you the Recommended Dosage is Just 1 pill.
Thats ALSO what the government (FDA) tells you is safe.
