Ingredients

1 package (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2/3 cup drain sliced water chesnuts (sometimes I just leave these out I dont care for them tooo much I have to be in the mood to eat them)
3 whole green onions
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon prepared hot mustard
salt to taste (I use tony's)
black pepper to taste (I use tony's)

Place the spinach in the center of a clean dishtowel . Fold the towel over the spinach and squeeze as much moisture out as possible. (This is very important to do so that your dip doesnt come out watery) set aside

In a food processor fitted with the chopping blade combine the water chesnuts, green onions, and garlic process until the mixture is finely chopped add the spinach process for 10 seconds or until combined. Add the sour cream, yogurt, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. process for 30 seconds or until smooth Tranfer to a serving bowl cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for atleast 1 hour before serving
