when I am working out I like to go to yahoo music I signed up for that is not that much a year and I go to the booty music link they have good songs I love the 80s music and crank that up to work out too or else alot of times I workout while watching tv I always get an hour in either on the treadmill or gazelle while watching Dr Phil I know if I do not get any other workout in during the day I always have that hour sometimes I have to admit though I cant work out to up beat music because I find myself dancing more than walking especially on the treadmill so on those days I will do country
