Hi!This is one of those 'tip-toe around' answers. I have not tried it but it is one I WILL TRY and think it's a great idea for helping yourself along. Each person reacts differently.
Some notice an effect after the first dose and some after 4-7 days, after some build up in their systems. We aren't real sure how it all works. But it is safe and effective for many and I think, was an excellent choice.
