I'm at college and attend the gym every monday, wednesday and friday. Oh and the occasional saturday,

but my main question is; should i exercise in the morning with no food in my body or after ive eaten. Is there any advantage at all? I'm just wondering see because most my workouts are around 4-5pm after i've eaten my dinner.
