i love japanese food. its so light and fun to eat. the only thing most fattening is the tempura. depending on what you have inside the rolls and not all sushi is raw so you can have cooked fillings if you like. i prefer the fresh fish with wasabi&soy sauce. YUM! enjoy your sushi experience.
