Hi! SAHMOF4 let me in on your post ~I have been reading and not posting, but decided I better post a bit. I checked this out this afternoon, thinking about Weight Watcher's, which I have ALSO used successfully.
Hahaha! I say 'successfully', but I regained the weight 3 years later, so I wasn't completely successful. I learned good habits from them, but let them get WAY out of hand when our kids were younger. By the way, the Progresso Lite soups are 0 points and are really good with some chicken cut up into them. Watch your local grocery and buy them BOGO.

As far as the phentermine dose, 37.5 mg has been tested as the fully optimal dose for most folks, though 15 mg doses are very common.
