I'm sure it's possible but I'd question whether it was healthy. I suppose if you keep your calories up, drink plenty of water and exercise... then when you come off Phen you'll have good habits to keep the weight off. In which case, that may be okay. But more than 3 pounds a week is too much for too long, especially when there isn't much to lose.
